Due to updated compliance regulations for cross‑border payments, South African banks may require this transfer to be processed in-branch, and online/phone EFT may not be available. This can take longer than a standard transfer.
Note for South African customers: Our banks are not linked for normal EFT between South Africa and Namibia. If you send a standard local EFT, it may be returned to your account within a few days, which means your payment will be unsuccessful.
This restriction mainly affects South Africa-customers from other countries can usually EFT/transfer normally (subject to their bank’s rules).
Pay securely by card via PayFast. After we confirm tour availability, we will email you a PayFast payment link to complete your payment online. During checkout, you’ll receive an OTP (one-time pin) to authenticate and approve the transaction.
This is the preferred option for most clients as it’s quick, simple, and helps secure your booking sooner.
Please note: a 3.5% administration fee applies to PayFast transactions only.
